Very quickly: the shortest cut yet. Another part of the box, where a stack of more photographs — the old kind of photos, with scalloped, torn, fluffy edges — has been piled up against the wall. Gloved index finger dips down once, close to the camera, comes back up, dips down again, straightens the stack, pushing some of the photographs that were at the bottom of the stack more fully back in place, against the wall.

The photo on top of the stack appears to show a child, a girl, in a skirt, standing on the sidewalk in front of shallow urban institutional stairs, like the kind of stairs that lead to a modernist era library or municipal swimming pool complex.

Another element kicks into the music here — sort of a klezmer-ish, Middle Eastern call to prayers, whiny vibe. If that makes sense. Which it does not.
